Do you have Vegetarian/Vegan Options?
Yes, we are proud to serve our El Bandito patty – made from black beans & veggies. We also serve Beyond Burgers (plant based meat).
You can make these burgers vegan by swapping to Veganaise and a Smoked Vegan Gouda on our housemade Whole Wheat Bun! Our whole wheat bun is 100% vegan, made with cane syrup and oil (not honey and butter).
Our Fries are also vegan, and cooked in in Mel Fry Oil, a clean, clear vegetable oil designed to be allergen-free and to allow the natural flavor of the potato to shine through
Do you have Gluten Free Options?

Can I cancel my order after I've submitted it?
When you order online, it's sent to our restaurant team right away, so it can be prepared quickly for you. That makes canceling orders tricky. If you really must cancel, please call our restaurant directly.
Can I Order Beer/Wine/Cocktails To Go?
Yes! Where permitted by local laws we'll have bottled beer, wine and cocktails available for purchase.
Can I Pay When I Pick Up My Order?
The most secure way to pay is by ordering online. For call-in orders, you will pay at pick-up. You can stay in your car, and we’ll take care of it inside. We do not process payments over the phone.
How Does Curbside Pick-Up Work?
When you place your order online – add the make, model and color of your car. When you arrive, text the number on the curbside parking signs to let us know you are there and we’ll bring your order out to you.
Do you cater?
We do not offer catering services, you can order for delivery at Hopdoddy.com.

Do you take reservations?
No, but you can use our new virtual waitlist (select locations), check the location details page and just click “join waitlist”. For other needs please contact your local Hopdoddy directly.

Do you have fundraising events?
Our restaurants host local give back nights as fundraisers - one chosen night where guests visit and mention the partner charitable organization and a portion of the proceeds from the sales are donated to them. If you are interested in seeing if this would be a good local fundraising match - contact your local Hopdoddy
How do I request a monetary donation or sponsorship?
We are proud to support charitable partners that are doing amazing things in our communities through our Goodnight / Good Cause giving program. Because we contribute so much to our Goodnight partners, we are limited in our ability to contribute through other good causes.
Gift Cards & Promo Codes
I received a promo code for Hopdoddy, can I redeem it in person?
While promo codes can only be redeemed at Hopdoddy.com, we’re happy to redeem gift cards and eGift cards for in-person orders.
You can get them at any of our restaurants or online. Hopdoddy gift cards purchased through any other web site may be fraudulent.
