Official Rules – Hopdoddy Soundcheck Social Giveaway

‍No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win. A purchase does not increase chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

1. Promotion Period: The Giveaway Event begins at 5:00 p.m. CST on Thursday, October 2, 2025 and ends at 7:59 p.m. CST on Thursday, October 2, 2025 at Hopdoddy South Congress 1400 South Congress Avenue, Austin TX 78704. (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted outside this period will not be eligible.

2. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Hopdoddy Burger Bar, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible.

3. How to Enter: Complete and submit an entry form as directed at the Hopdoddy Soundcheck Social event during the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. Automated, duplicate, or incomplete entries will be void.

4. Prizes:

  • Four (4) winners will each receive two (2) three-day GA wristbands (8 wristbands total) to a large music festival held in Austin, Texas during the first two weekends of October 2025.
  • Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each wristband is $360.
  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

5. Winner Selection & Notification:

  • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
  • Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
  • Winners must be present at the time of drawing to claim their prize. If a winner is not present, an alternate winner will be drawn.
  • Winners will be required to show valid photo ID and/or sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release.

6. Conditions of Participation:

  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Hopdoddy, which are final.
  • Entry constitutes consent to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Release of Liability: By entering, participants release Hopdoddy Burger Bar, its affiliates, and promotional partners from any liability related to participation or prize acceptance. Hopdoddy is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or technical malfunctions of any kind.

8. Taxes: Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with prize acceptance.

9. Other Terms: Hopdoddy Burger Bar is not a sponsor or administrator of a large music festival in Austin, nor affiliated with its organizers.

10. Governing Law: The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
