NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO ELIGIBLE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, LA, TN & TX, 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT TIME OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by HiBar Hospitality Operation LLC d/b/a Hopdoddy Burger Bar (“Sponsor”), 512 E Riverside Drive Suite 150, Austin TX 78704.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents  of the following eight (8) states at the time of entry: Texas, Louisiana, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Colorado, Arizona, and California (the “Eligible States”), and who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, and its advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Giveaway Entities”), and each such person’s immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) and household members (whether related or not), are not eligible to enter or win. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

Because the Grand Prize involves travel to a festival centered on alcohol, the winner and guest must each be of legal drinking age in the jurisdiction of travel and must present valid government-issued photo identification confirming age and identity before travel arrangements are confirmed. Sponsor does not furnish alcohol as part of the prize and is not responsible for its consumption; winner and guest are solely responsible for complying with all local alcohol and other laws during the trip.

By submitting an entry (online or by mail), each entrant affirmatively certifies that they satisfy all eligibility requirements in this Section 2, including that they are twenty-one (21) years of age or older and a legal resident of one of the Eligible States, and that all information provided as part of the entry is true, current, and complete. Sponsor reserves the right, at any time, to require proof of eligibility (including government-issued photo identification) and to disqualify any entrant, revoke any prize, and/or require return of an awarded prize if Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that an entrant provided false or inaccurate eligibility information or otherwise does not meet these requirements.

3. Giveaway Period

Free scratch-off entry cards will be distributed in person at participating Hopdoddy Burger Bar locations in the Eligible States on Friday, September 18, 2026 (“National Cheeseburger Day”), during normal business hours, while supplies last, to any guest who requests one - no purchase is required to receive a card (the “Distribution Period”). Codes revealed on entry cards must be submitted online at Hopdoddy.com/Oktoberfest (the “Website”) no later than 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on September 18, 2026. Free mail-in Alternate Method of Entry requests (see Section 4, Method 2) must be postmarked by September 18, 2026 and received by Sponsor no later than September 25, 2026 (collectively, the “Entry Period”). Sponsor's database clock is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.

4. How to Enter: Two Ways, No Purchase Necessary

Limit: one (1) entry per person/household for the entire Giveaway, across both entry methods combined, regardless of the number of scratch cards obtained or mail-in requests sent. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

Method 1 — In-Store Scratch-Off Card: Visit any Hopdoddy Burger Bar location in an Eligible State on September 18, 2026, during business hours, and ask a team member for a free scratch-off entry card (available to any guest regardless of purchase). Scratch the card to reveal a unique entry code, then go to the Website and follow the on-screen instructions to submit the code and complete the entry form (name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and mailing address) before the entry deadline in Section 3.

Method 2 — Free Mail-In Alternate Entry: Hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, date of birth, daytime phone number, and email address on a piece of paper, and mail it in a hand-addressed, first-class-stamped envelope to: 512 E Riverside Drive Suite 150, Austin TX 78704.  Attn: National Cheeseburger Day Giveaway. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 18, 2026 and received by September 25, 2026. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per outer envelope; mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, postage-due, or misdirected requests are void.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, with a total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $4,500, regardless of which of the following three trip options for two (2) people the winner selects. For the selected option, Sponsor will book and pay directly for: round-trip, coach-class airfare for two (2) from a major U.S. airport near the winner's residence (or, for Options 2 and 3, mileage reimbursement, up to a maximum of $1,200, in lieu of airfare if the winner elects to drive); hotel accommodations for two (2), double occupancy, for up to the maximum number of nights listed for that option; and the festival admission/tent passes listed for that option. Any remaining balance of the $4,500 ARV after Sponsor books those arrangements will be paid to the winner as spending money. If the actual cost of airfare and hotel for the winner's selected option exceeds $4,500, no spending money will be provided for that option, and Sponsor is not obligated to spend more than $4,500 total; Sponsor may work with the winner to select comparable, lower-cost travel dates or accommodations to stay within budget.

Option 1 — Oktoberfest 2027 in Munich, Germany

• Round-trip, coach-class airfare for two (2) to Munich, Germany;
• Hotel accommodations for two (2), up to a maximum of 4 nights; and
• Oktoberfest tent reservation(s)/entry passes for two (2).

Option 2 — Oktoberfest Zinzinnati 2027 in Cincinnati, Ohio

• Round-trip coach-class airfare (or mileage reimbursement, at winner's election) for two (2) to Cincinnati, Ohio;
• Hotel accommodations for two (2), up to a maximum of 4 nights; and
• Oktoberfest Zinzinnati admission/beer-garden passes for two (2).

Option 3 — Oktoberfest USA 2027 in La Crosse, Wisconsin

• Round-trip coach-class airfare (or mileage reimbursement, at winner's election) for two (2) to La Crosse, Wisconsin;
• Hotel accommodations for two (2), up to a maximum of 4 nights; and
• Oktoberfest USA admission/festival passes for two (2).

Actual value of the selected option may vary based on departure city, travel dates, and market fluctuations; any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded in cash or otherwise. No cash redemption, cash-value difference, or exchange between options is permitted once the winner's selection is confirmed, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or any component of a prize option) of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.  No responsibility is assumed for cancellation or postponement of any prize-related events due to causes beyond Sponsor’s control.  In the event of a cancellation or postponement after travel has been booked, the remainder of the trip may be awarded as the complete prize.

Trip must be booked and completed during the 2027 festival dates applicable to the winner's selected option, subject to availability, no later than July 1^st, 2027. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. If Option 1 (Munich) is selected, winner and guest are each solely responsible for possessing a valid, unexpired passport (and any visa, if required) at the time of travel, for complying with all destination-country entry requirements, and for any travel insurance they wish to purchase; Options 2 and 3 do not require a passport. If either winner or guest cannot travel due to lack of proper documentation, unavailability, or otherwise, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award that portion of the prize to an alternate companion named by the winner, to allow the winner to select a different option (if still available), or to reduce or forfeit the applicable portion of the prize, with no additional compensation. The prize is non-transferable. Winner is responsible for all taxes on the prize and for any expenses not expressly listed above (e.g., ground transportation beyond what is included, meals not covered, incidentals, gratuities, additional excursions). Valid credit card will be required at hotel check-in for incidental charges.  Winner will be required to complete and return IRS Form W-9; Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the ARV of the prize as required by law.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, which includes both online code submissions and mail-in entries. To ensure every eligible mail-in entry (postmarked by September 18, 2026 and received by September 25, 2026) is included in the pool, the drawing will be conducted on or about September 30, 2026; Sponsor's decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified by telephone, email, and/or mail within three (3) business days of the drawing. The potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) a Publicity Release within five (5) business days of the notification attempt, and to provide valid government-issued photo identification confirming they are 21 years of age or older. As part of this process, the potential winner will be asked to select one (1) of the three trip options described in Section 5. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to timely respond, fails to return required documents, fails to timely select a trip option, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, they may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries, time permitting.

7. General Conditions

By entering, each entrant agrees to: (a) be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Giveaway judges,  which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway; (b) release and hold harmless the Giveaway Entities from any and all claims, injuries, or damages arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize (including any travel undertaken in connection with the prize); and (c) where lawful, permit Sponsor to use the entrant's name, city and state of residence, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it believes has tampered with the entry process or violated these Official Rules, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due entries, or for technical failures of any kind, including malfunctioning software or hardware.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://privacy.hibarhospitality.com/privacy-policy, and will be used to administer this Giveaway and may otherwise be used as described in that Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

This Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

10. Winner List / Rules Request

For the name of the Grand Prize winner or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to 512 E Riverside Drive Suite 150, Austin TX 78704 to be received no later than October 31, 2026.
