Hopdoddy burger bar proudly serves the best burgers in Memphis. Located in East Memphis, we’re situated in the Poplar Commons shopping center, which is just a short distance from the Memphis Botanic Garden. Right off the freeway, Hopdoddy is a perfect option for those shopping in the area or for those just passing through. Looking for the best happy hour in Memphis? Hopdoddy hosts the happiest of them all with 1/2 off cocktails, beer & wine Monday through Thursday from 3-6PM. Our new sliders are the perfect after work snack. And of course we have bowls & bowls of sharable fries - from Loaded Nacho to Parmesan Truffle to Hot Honey Sweet Potato Fries.

Quality is at the foundation of every burger we serve. Buns are baked in-house and patties are made with ethically sourced, all-natural meats. We also bring that same level of attention to our vegetarian options, offering our made in-house el bandito patty, which can be swapped out for any burger on our menu. To build on this foundation, we rely on savory and unexpected toppings, like pickled mayo and house-made tomato bacon jam, which we serve on our Bacon Jam Double burger. Another favorite is the Magic Shroom, which features ingredients like creamy goat cheese, field mushrooms, and basil pesto sauce. Whatever your taste buds are feeling on a given day, we have a burger to satisfy that craving.

If you want to stay inside and watch an IMAX movie, the Malco Paradiso Cinema is a four-minute drive east of the restaurant. For visits or students at University of Memphis, we’re three or four minutes east of campus and perfect for a quick lunch.
