Glade Parks is the mid-cities' best shopping and entertainment center — and Hopdoddy is right in the middle of it on Chisholm Trail off SH-121. We're next to the movie theater, steps from shopping and dining, and surrounded by everything that makes this stretch between Dallas and Fort Worth easy to live in. Whether you're coming from Euless, Bedford, Hurst, Colleyville, Grapevine, or anywhere along the 121 corridor, we're central and easy to get to. We're also just 10 to 15 minutes west of DFW International Airport, which makes us a real meal option before or after a flight — no fast food terminal food required. Everything here is made the way it should be — buns baked in-house, fries hand-cut from Chipperbec potatoes, and a full bar with hand-shaken margaritas, craft cocktails, local drafts, and boozy milkshakes. The mid-cities sit right between two of the biggest food scenes in Texas. We think you should have a burger bar worth staying local for. Come for lunch, stay for happy hour, or make it your go-to after a movie at Glade Parks.

Classic Cheeseburger? We've got it, and it's damn good. But our menu goes deeper - the Wagyu Smash, the Double Bacon Jam, a bison burger, a sushi-roll-inspired Ahi Tuna, a crispy Nashville Hot Fried Chicken that brings the heat and Veggie patties made from real ingredients. Fresh proteins, bold builds, and something new every time you visit. Our signature fries are hand-cut fresh every day and served in big shareable bowls with a rotating lineup of flavors like Parmesan Truffle, Green Chile Queso, and Hot Honey. We take our bar as seriously as our burgers. Hand-shaken margaritas, rotating local craft beers, craft cocktails, and hand-spun boozy shakes you won't find anywhere else.

Our Euless restaurant is situated in the perfect spot to grab a bite during a day of running errands. Hopdoddy burger bar is located in the Glade Parks shopping center, which offers shopping, a mix of dining options, an arcade, and a movie theater. We’re also just north of Bob Eden Park, a small park with fields, a playground, and outdoor volleyball courts.
