Head to the Texas Museum of Science and Technology with the kids and enjoy its first-rate planetarium. You can also opt to visit the Austin Steam Train Association and ride one of their trains for an authentic steam engine experience. Choose an excursion that will take you through the beautiful Hill Country for an experience you won’t forget. There are lots of places to eat in Cedar Park, but none of them do burgers like Hopdoddy does burgers. Ethically sourced meats? You bet your buns—gluten-free ones, too! We use quality cheeses, farm-fresh veggies, and condiments we make in-house, and the result is a burger you won’t forget any time soon, whether it’s the lettuce-, onion-, and tomato-topped Classic or the Magic Shroom, piled high with field mushrooms, goat cheese, and basil pesto sauce. A little outside the city, our Cedar Park location is only four miles (about a 10-minute drive from the Breakaway Airport (40XS), conveniently located for anyone coming into or leaving town and craving a burger.
Nearby Attractions
Less than a mile down the road is the Heritage Oak Park, which you can stop by after you check out the Cedar Park Sculpture Garden across the street. Both are great for all ages to enjoy the foliage and weather. If the kids are looking for something else to do, the Gymboree Play & Music or Little Land Play Gym of Leander a little further east, are fun places for them to blow off energy. No matter what you like or who you’re with, you can always find a fun activity for the day nearby!
Parking
We have our own parking lot at this location that you can easily access at either end of the burger bar from E Whitestone Blvd. If you’re coming from 183A, take a right from the exit and we’re immediately on your right.
