You Asked. The Brazilian Wagyu Is Back.

The Brazilian Wagyu was one of those burgers guests didn’t let us forget. The kind people came back for, asked about when it was gone, and talked about like it was unfinished business. We heard you. It’s back. June calls for the Brazilian Wagyu.

Same bold Brazilian steakhouse soul. An 8 oz Wagyu beef patty with marbling that makes every bite richer, deeper, and more worth it than the last.

On top, grilled Panela Cheese charred and layered with Chimichurri. Fresh parsley, cilantro, garlic, Fresno peppers, oregano. Bright and herbaceous in a way that belongs on a burger this good. Then Capsicum Salsa bringing pico, chipotle ketchup, roasted red bell pepper, smoked paprika, and a touch of brown sugar. Acid and smoke doing exactly what they should: cutting through the richness and making you want another bite before you’ve finished the one you’re on.

Brazilian Garlic Mayo on the bottom. Lime, cumin, cayenne, minced garlic. Holding it all together from the ground up. And a Garlic Herb Brioche Bun that was built specifically for this burger, because that’s how we do things.
