Starting May 13, our new limited-time Fuego Fries are live through June 2, or while supplies last. We took our hand-cut, twice-fried Chipperbec fries ,the ones grown specifically to become fries with a crispy outside and a fluffy center ,and hit them with a fiery Fuego seasoning that doesn't ask for permission. Then came the tangy chili-lime blend, tossed with intention until every fry is coated in bold, layered heat. The finish is a punch that builds slow and keeps you reaching back into the bowl. Now let’s talk about Elevation. For an additional charge, elevate your Fuego Fries with our Loaded Queso: green chili queso, pico de gallo, and diced avocado. The queso brings the richness. The pico cuts through it with brightness and acid. The avocado cools the heat just enough to keep things interesting, but not enough to let you off the hook.
